1 1/4 cups (10 oz) warm (not hot) filtered water
1 cup (8 oz) organic milk - whole, 2%, or skim
1/4 cup (3 oz) organic honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 3/4 cups (13 3/4 oz) whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon salt
Pour all into the mixing bowl. Let it mix for around 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 Celcius. Let it bake for an hour to an hour and a half. Test it with a toothpick. If it doesn't stick to the toothpick, your bread is ready.
There is no yeast in this bread. So the bread will be thick and heavy.
